What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made in Europe from coconut wax and French niche fragrances. We do not use cheap substitutes - quality and safety are our priority.

Are candles suitable for sensitive people?

Yes. We use gentle, clean compositions without irritating ingredients. They are suitable for women who prefer natural, non-aggressive fragrances.

How long does a candle burn?

On average, 25–40 hours depending on the size and conditions of the room.

Can I use the candle every day?

Yes. NEXA woman candles are designed for daily rituals – for peace, reboot and domestic moments.

Are the scents strong or subtle?

The scents are delicate, harmonious and elegant. They are not oversaturated like commercial products.

Are candles suitable as a gift?

Yes. The packaging is premium, aesthetic, and prepared as a gift ritual for a woman.

How to care for a candle?

Before lighting, shorten the wick to 5 mm and let it burn for at least an hour when using for the first time to allow the wax to melt evenly.

When will the order arrive?

We ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Will the smell be strong?

The scents are subtle, clean, and emerge gradually. Their goal is calm, not aggressive intensity.

Why are candles more expensive?

The products are made in Europe, with French perfumes and quality wax. We are in the middle-up segment - quality and safety are the basis.

Can I use it for meditation?

Yes. Candles are designed for exactly these rituals – evening peace, concentration, and relaxation.

Why does wax sometimes melt unevenly?

If the first burn was short, a tunnel may form. Next time, let the candle burn longer.

How strong does an unlit candle smell?

It is subtle when cold, but the full character of the scent only becomes apparent when burning.
